What this policy covers
This policy is about the Dhaka Clinic & Nursing Home website. It does not cover your medical records at the hospital itself, which are handled under the clinic’s own patient-records practice.
What we collect, and when
- Booking an appointment
- Your name and mobile number, and optionally your age, gender and a short note. We use these to hold your appointment and to confirm it with you.
- Sending a message
- Your name and mobile number, optionally your email address, the branch you selected, and your message.
- Looking up a report
- The patient ID and mobile number you type in. These are checked against our records and are not stored as a new record.
We do not ask for medical details through this website, and you should not send test results or clinical information through the contact form.
Who can see it
Information sent through this website is available to authorised staff of Dhaka Clinic & Nursing Home — reception, laboratory and administration — for the purpose it was given.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the clinic for marketing.
Your report
A report is shown only when both the patient ID and the registered mobile number match our records. One without the other returns nothing, and the message you see is the same whether the ID is wrong or the report is simply not ready — so the portal cannot be used to discover other people’s records.
Report pages are excluded from search engines.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Forms are rate-limited and validated on the server, and the system is backed up daily by our technology partner.
No system is perfect. If you believe something has gone wrong with your information, please tell us straight away using the details below.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete an enquiry or a booking. Call or email us and we will help.
